What is taskit?

Taskit is a marketplace bringing together people in need of a service and their counterparty service provider together under one seamless user-friendly platform
What can you use taskit for?
​
Taskit allows you to request any task you would like it to be done, such as Air Condition, Housekeeping Services, Beauty and Spa Services and Delivery Services.
How does taskit work?
​
In taskit, you can be either a Client or Service Provider, or Both. All you need to do is register create an account on our platform and request that service you have been postponing for sometime now!

Once you've paid for the requested task, service providers will receive a notification of your request. Once accepted by the service provider, we will let you know and the service provider will start working on it.
​
Once the task is completed, service provider will have to confirm that the task has been completed within the next 24 hours of the task end date. Otherwise, we will assume it is still open and service provider will not be paid until this has been completed.

Note: The reserved amount is held under taskit’s payment account, shall any dispute arise before the task has been completed, we will refund the poster (task requester) the full amount
Who is a client?
​
A client can be anyone in need of any kind of task that needs to be done.
You can easily become a client and start ordering a task.
Who is a service provider?
​
A service is someone who provides their services to taskit’s clients. Service providers are independent individuals and SME’s that go through verification process as an added step compared to the clients process.

Note: You need to be over 18 years old to be able to register as a service provider.
Does taskit employ their taskers?
No, taskit does not employ their taskers during this time. If any job opportunity arises, taskit will firstly announce it to its community members.
What is taskit's service fee?
​
Taskit's service fee is a payment cut by taskit before processing the payment to the service provider after a task has been completed.
​
This fee covers our operations costs and keeps us to continue running and growing. All of this service fee is re-invested in Taskit, to help us improve our services, provide our users with the best customer service, assist you as a tasker to provide services to more and more clients, and improve our technologies and innovation.
What will happen if the requested service did was not accepted by a service provider?
​
If no service provider accepted your request as a client within 12 hours, we will refund you the charged amount in full which usually takes 2-3 days to appear in your bank account
